Job Title: SAP ADP Consultant

Location: San Jose, CA

Description:

• Collaborate with business planners to translate requirements into APO planning models
• Configure and optimize SAP APO Demand Planning (DP) & Supply Network Planning (SNP) using heuristics, optimizer, and CTM (Capable-to-Match) algorithms
• Configure APO planning books, create / adjust macros as needed
• Troubleshoot planning runs, master data issues, CIF, and performance tuning in APO
• Develop and manage process chains, batch job scheduling, and background jobs for planning runs
• Strong experience in CIF (Core Interface) integration between SAP APO and ECC (MM, PP modules)
• Ability to design, implement and debug ABAP enhancements for APO CIF and APO planning functions
• Knowledge of SAP BW integration for APO reporting and analytics
• Ensure seamless master data (Product, PPM, PDS, locations, transportation lanes) alignment between APO & ECC
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and defect resolution
• Document configurations and provide training to end-users

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on SAP APO SNP/DP experience (heuristics, optimizer, CTM)
• Expertise in CIF integration, ECC (MM/PP), troubleshoot planning run failures, CIF errors, and data mismatches
• Experience with process chains, job scheduling, and ABAP debugging
• Familiarity with SAP BW for APO reporting and custom ABAP reporting in ECC
• Ability to explain technical details to business users
• Work under tight deadlines with strong attention to detail
• Highly skilled SAP APO (Advanced Planning & Optimization) Analyst with deep expertise in Supply Planning (Heuristics, Optimizer, CTM), CIF integration, and SAP ECC/MM/PP/BW modules
• The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end supply chain planning, data integration, ABAP enhancements, SAP APO configuration and process chain scheduling
