Job Overview:

As a Software Sales Consultant at Alpha Bravo Development, you will be the first point of contact for inbound leads, conducting discovery calls, nurturing relationships, and gathering critical information about potential clients' software systems to create a detailed proposal. Your role is pivotal in understanding client needs and positioning our custom app, web, and software solutions to drive successful sales outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Management: Respond promptly to inbound leads, qualifying their needs and interests (all inbound).
  • Discovery Calls: Conduct thorough discovery calls to understand clients’ current software systems, challenges, and business objectives.
  • Relationship Building: Nurture leads through consistent follow-ups, building trust and maintaining engagement.
  • Information Gathering: Collect and document detailed insights about clients’ technical requirements and project goals.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and development teams to align client needs with our custom software solutions.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions and progress in our CRM system.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2+ years in B2B sales, preferably in software, SaaS, or app/web development, with a focus on lead nurturing and discovery.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication, with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients.
  • Technical Aptitude: Comfortable discussing software systems, app development, and technical requirements.
  • Organization: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
  • Team Player: Collaborative mindset with a passion for working in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
  • Tools: Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
