⚖️ Now Hiring: Litigation Counsel – Employment Law (San Diego, CA | Hybrid)

An established and growing litigation firm is looking for an experienced Litigation Counsel to join its West Coast office . This hybrid role is ideal for a senior employment law attorney who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is ready to lead high-impact cases from start to finish.

🧠 What You’ll Do

• Independently manage complex employment litigation for private-sector corporate clients in California
• Develop case strategy, oversee pleadings, discovery, and motions
• Lead depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial prep
• Communicate proactively with clients and internal teams
• Mentor junior attorneys and ensure timely execution of litigation milestones

✅ What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of substantive employment law experience , including case management
• Admitted to the California Bar
• Exceptional legal writing, research, and analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail and interpersonal communication
• Ability to manage multiple matters and collaborate across teams
• Traditional labor law experience is a plus

📍 Location & Schedule

• Hybrid role based in San Diego, CA
• In-office at least 2 days/week (Wednesdays + Tuesday/Thursday)
• We will also consider candidates in OC/LA who are willing to travel to the San Diego office on an as-needed basis.

💼 Compensation

• Salary range: $185K–$200K , based on experience (8–11 years)
