Scrum Master (Junior/Senior) Location: DMV Area Required: US Citizen/Permanent Resident Position Description: The Scrum Master leads the Agile process for one or more Scrum Teams. This individual is responsible for ensuring that delivery and releases are within scope. The Scrum Master also oversees the ongoing development of the team and the continuous improvement of the development process, product quality, and the quantity of work delivered. Experience: For Junior Scrum Master: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. Scrum Master certification preferred. For Senior Scrum Master: Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience. Scrum Master certification preferred.
