LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Manufacturing Recruiter for a full-time, onsite opportunity in Ashland, VA. This role is ideal for a proactive, hands-on recruiting professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about connecting skilled talent within the manufacturing industry.

What You’ll Do:

• Proactively source, screen, and interview candidates for skilled labor and manufacturing roles.
• Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline using creative sourcing strategies (job boards, networking, referrals, social platforms, etc.).
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand department-specific needs and tailor recruiting strategies accordingly.
• Conduct pre-employment screenings, including reference and background checks.
• Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting through offer and onboarding.
• Maintain detailed records of recruitment activities and candidate touchpoints in the ATS or CRM.

What You Bring:

• Proven experience recruiting in the manufacturing or skilled trades sector.
• Strong knowledge of the hiring landscape and workforce trends in manufacturing.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools.
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
