We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Sales Representative with a strong background in commercial HVAC systems to join a fast-growing, industry-leading mechanical contractor. This role is focused on selling complex HVAC retrofit, redesign, and equipment replacement projects directly to commercial building owners, facility managers, and high-level decision-makers.
This is not a service sales role or distributor/manufacturer rep position. Instead, it’s a project-based consultative sales position where you’ll leverage your HVAC knowledge to guide clients toward the most effective mechanical solutions for their facilities.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of mechanical systems, the ability to walk into a mechanical room and identify equipment and its function, and the confidence to speak with decision-makers about system life expectancy, ROI, and upgrade options. You’ll work closely with internal engineering and operations teams to develop scopes and ensure project success, acting as a strategic partner for clients managing commercial assets.
This is a high-impact, high-visibility role with uncapped earning potential and a strong base of existing accounts—90% of leads will come from within the current customer base.
