Learn more at Job Location : Jersey City, NJ (hybrid - 3x a week in office, subject to change) What You Would Get To Do The Project Manager, Hospitality Events, will support the firm's hospitality strategy through excellent communication and organizational skills, managing stakeholder relationships, and gaining knowledge of current Hospitality Commitments, Sports, and Entertainment venues nationwide. Limited domestic travel may be required. Your Contributions Business Strategy and Management Conduct research and create presentations for internal review Support development of creative ideas for hospitality events Design, develop, and present strategic program recommendations Marquee Hospitality Events Assist with budget and spend management, tracking, and reporting Support contract negotiations and communication Coordinate logistics for events: transportation, hotel, venue, food & beverage, gift selection Create agendas, attend meetings, ensure effective communication Manage event-related communications: invitations, RSVPs, tickets Participate in site visits and support event execution Firm Ticketing Collaborate with the internal ticketing team on ticket allocations and connectivity Join weekly stakeholder calls Administration / Financial Support Manage internal accounting systems Pay invoices, manage approvals and budgets Facilitate calendars, meetings, and communication Support vendor relationships and manage process within client systems What We Are Looking For We welcome candidates with diverse experiences.
