Role Overview
We're seeking a sharp, collaborative Legal & Business Operations Associate ready to work at the intersection of law, finance, tax, and operations. This hybrid role offers direct exposure to founders and scaling businesses, with room to grow into client-facing leadership, legal operations, or compliance roles.
Ideal for a paralegal or legal admin professional who thrives in a multidisciplinary environment, this role touches all corners of the firm—supporting executive, legal, operational, and marketing functions.
Key Responsibilities
Legal Operations & Compliance (Rework Law):
· Draft, prepare, and manage contracts, entity filings, and compliance documents
· Maintain corporate records, track legal deadlines, and ensure accuracy
· Liaise with clients and external counsel for documentation and filings
Tax Liaison & Documentation (Rework Tax):
· Organize and manage responses to federal and state tax notices
· Maintain tax documentation and coordinate correspondence
· Serve as a communication bridge across tax, legal, and finance teams
Executive & Business Support:
· Provide administrative assistance to firm leadership across entities
· Support internal SOP documentation, onboarding workflows, and knowledge bases
· Help coordinate cross-departmental task tracking and communication
Marketing & Internal Communications:
· Assist with CRM updates, email campaigns, and internal scheduling
· Support digital presence: content edits, light social media scheduling, internal updates
Who You’ll Work With

Ideal Candidate Profile
· 2+ years in a paralegal, legal assistant, or operational support role
· Highly organized with strong writing and communication skills
· Comfortable handling sensitive, cross-functional information
· Familiarity with tax notices or willingness to learn
· Tech-savvy: proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM/email tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot)
· Adaptable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a hybrid, fast-paced setting
