The fund is expanding its long/short consumer equity team and is seeking a Sub-Portfolio Manager to join their New York office. The Opportunity: This is a rare opportunity to join a high-caliber team with a Day 1 capital allocation and the autonomy to run your own book. You will be empowered to generate alpha within the US consumer space, leveraging the firm's extensive resources and risk management framework. What You'll Do: Independently manage a long/short equity portfolio focused on US consumer sectors Generate and execute high-conviction investment ideas Operate within a disciplined risk framework with full transparency Collaborate with analysts and other PMs to enhance idea generation and portfolio construction What We're Looking For: ~2+ years of verifiable track record managing risk and generating PnL in US consumer equities ~ Deep sector expertise across consumer discretionary and/or staples ~ Strong fundamental research skills and a repeatable investment process ~ Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for alpha generation ~ Experience within a multi-manager or hedge fund platform preferred What You'll Get: Immediate capital allocation to manage Attractive PnL-based compensation structure Access to world-class infrastructure, data, and trading support A collaborative, performance-driven environment
