Are you passionate about early childhood development and ready to embark on an exciting journey with our little ones? GREEN Life CDC is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Lead Toddler Teacher to join our team!

Job Requirements:

• Must undergo a background check to ensure the safety of our children.
• Possession of a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential is required.
• Ability to teach and nurture children aged 16 months to 33 months.
• A deep love for children and a genuine enjoyment of teaching in early childhood development.

Responsibilities:

• Create a warm and nurturing environment where toddlers can learn and grow.
• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.
• Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play-based learning.
• Maintain open communication with parents and caregivers to provide updates on children's progress.

Qualifications:

• CDA credential or equivalent in early childhood education.
• Previous experience working with toddlers in a childcare setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
