Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage all aspects of human resources within the facility, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Handle employee relations , conflict resolution, and workplace investigations, promoting a positive and inclusive work culture.
  • Facilitate the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding process for new employees.
  • Ensure proper administration of payroll, benefits, and leave policies in collaboration with corporate HR.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all HR policies and procedures .
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and staff on HR-related matters , including performance management and disciplinary actions.
  • Lead training and development programs to support employee growth and engagement.
  • Promote a culture of safety, respect, and compliance within the workplace.
What We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of HR management experience , preferably in healthcare, skilled nursing, or a similar setting.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices .
  • Experience in recruiting, employee relations, and compliance .
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills .
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment .
  • Passion for creating a positive workplace culture and supporting employee success.
