generator service technician who can work solo when needed, solve problems fast, and take pride in keeping homes and businesses online when it matters most.

What You'll Do: •Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial generators with precision and pride.
•Deliver top-tier service and provide recommendations to keep customers comfortable - and calling you back!
•Document your work in our trade software, ServiceTitan, to keep your day running smooth.
•Pursue certifications if needed - we invest in people who are willing to invest in themselves.
•Work independently, own your route, and represent Pioneer with professionalism.
What You'll Bring: •Valid tech ID with Generac (preferred).
•Valid U.S. driver's license and clean driving record.
•Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
•Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently, without being micromanaged.
