Role Overview: Senior Data Scientist

In this high-impact role, you will work cross-functionally with product, sales, marketing, and executive teams to harness data insights that drive strategic business solutions. You will analyze large datasets, build predictive models, and optimize processes that directly impact business performance. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal teams to identify and prioritize opportunities for leveraging data in product development, marketing strategies, and business operations.
• Develop and interpret data-driven insights to optimize business performance and customer engagement.
• Evaluate new data sources and data collection methodologies for improved accuracy.
• Design and deploy predictive models and algorithms to enhance customer experience, revenue growth, and operational efficiency.
• Establish and refine an A/B testing framework to evaluate model performance.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to implement models and monitor their real-time outcomes.
• Develop tools and processes to maintain data integrity and measure model effectiveness.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: 4-7 years in data science, with a proven track record of delivering business impact.
• Core Skills: Data Visualization, Model Building, Model Design, and Model Documentation.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud platforms such as Snowflake and AWS SageMaker.
• Data Visualization Tools: Experience with Tableau or other visualization tools (Power BI is acceptable but not required).
• Machine Learning Expertise: Strong knowledge of machine learning techniques, including clustering, decision trees, neural networks, and natural language processing (NLP).
• Statistical Knowledge: Solid foundation in advanced statistical techniques and their real-world applications.
• Industry Experience: Prior experience in commercial banking is essential.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for translating complex analytics into actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.

Compensation and Work Environment:

• Competitive salary in the range of $150,000 - $180,000 USD , with potential for additional incentive compensation based on skills, experience, and location.
