We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Consulting Contract Procurement Analyst to join our team. This is a hybrid role that will require both onsite and remote work. The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment within the Manufacturing industry, where they will be responsible for the end-to-end procurement process. The role requires a deep understanding of the Procure-to-Pay (PTP) process, Accounts Payable, Sourcing, Supply Chain, Bidding Processes, Vendor Management, Audit, and ARIBA Procurement. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and execute end-to-end procurement strategies.
• Manage the entire life cycle of the PTP process.
• Handle the accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate payment to vendors.
• Source and negotiate contracts with vendors to ensure the best price and quality.
• Oversee the supply chain process to ensure effective and efficient operations.
• Develop and manage the bidding process to secure competitive prices and services.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Use ARIBA Procurement system for sourcing, contracts, and supplier management.
• Collaborate with different departments to understand their procurement needs and provide solutions.
• Develop and implement procurement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Analyze market trends and apply insights to procurement strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field. A Master's degree will be a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Procurement Analyst or in a similar role within the Manufacturing industry.
• Proven experience in PTP, Accounts Payable, Sourcing, Supply Chain, Bidding Processes, Vendor Management, and Audit.
• Proficiency in ARIBA Procurement system.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage contracts effectively.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and sound business judgement.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• High level of professionalism and ethical conduct.
