Abbruzzese Floors Inc. is expanding-and we're looking for a Sales Rep who wants to dominate the commercial flooring space . We specialize in polished concrete , self-leveling cement , epoxy , and urethane cement for commercial kitchens, warehouses, industrial facilities, and large commercial clients.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:
•Own the full sales cycle from first contact to close
•Follow up with warm leads and generate new ones through targeted outreach
•Walk job sites, collaborate with estimators, and build detailed scopes
•Present proposals that solve problems, not just pitch products
•Hit weekly outreach and close-rate goals
•Build long-term relationships with facility managers, GCs, and developers
•Act as the bridge between our team and the client-ensuring expectations are clear and timelines are protected
